- DILEMMA!
What do you do when you find your words and ideas are falling short of completion and realization because time has run out on you?
What do you do when you feel that the very same dreams you had slogged for years to realise is not dear to the heart anymore?
What do you do when your ideals don't strike a chord with your thoughts anymore?
What do you do when where you are headed to is no longer where you want to go?
What do you do when you want to stop and think but your feet keep moving?
What do you do when you have just poured out your thoughts and yet feel no better?
What do you do when what you want to become is the opposite of what you are?
What do you do when what you say and what you feel are two different things?
What do you do?
What do you do? (Sigh!!)
There is rhythm in everything in life... and a poem somehow seemed apt to capture those many moments and emotions in life... love... longing... despair... spirituality... religion... just about everything!

- A MOMENT OF LIGHT
The goodnights were said and done
A single soul found itself still awake
Unable to open the door to his dreams
He went a mile to set his mind free
to the wide and calm lake nearby
A slow breeze greeted him 'Hello'
The freezing water touched his feet
Getting on board a little boat
he rowed to the middle of the lake
Letting his oar down
staring up at the clear sky
searching for his star
He whispered a silent prayer
and made a wish
As the falling star, disappeared in the horizon
He felt his hope rising from despair
All his life he had been waiting for things to turn out well
All his life he had been crying
The depth of his miseries!
Asking for answers
Looking for remedies
Voicing his disappointments and heartaches
to the One who never sleeps
Finding a little corner by himself
He would secretly weep
At this precise moment
Out here in the company of His creation
He felt the serenity of the place
Changing the way he thought
A new person was evolving
From the ashes of his being
'Life is never what you see
but what you think'
All along he had been thinking
his life was of no good
No good a life he ever lead
'Life is beautiful'
He heard his heart say
And felt the beauty within him too
Thanking God with folded hands
He stirred back to where he began
The door of life was opened to him
The room, the wall, the carpet on the floor
Everything was the same
Sinking in his bed
He closed his eyes and smiled
He knew his life had changed
(It doesn't take much to make your life better. Change your outlook and you will soon find your life changing for the better)
